Erica is a User Experience Design Lead at Conductor, designing the UX and UI of Searchlight, a platform used by brands to measure and improve their organic marketing. Before joining Conductor, she was Head of Production at 321Launch, an animation studio, where she designed tools for its animators and production teams and developed compelling stories for brands like Coca-Cola and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
