Mohan works with Work & Co’s clients in leadership to help them systematically plan and build their digital products, capabilities, and organizations. Most recently, Mohan has led Work & Co's engagements for Virgin America, Aldo, and Chase. Prior to founding Work & Co, Mohan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and helped build Huge's strategy practice.
